Perception of Organizational Culture in the Association of Small Rural Producers of Furnas do Dionísio

Abstract

Abstract:The study of the organizational culture of a solidarity economy enterprise presupposes recognizing the growing prominence that these organizations have been assuming and, at the same time, the growing challenge in improving their management. In this sense, the objective of this study is to diagnose how board members perceive the organizational culture of the Association of Small Rural Producers of Furnas do Dionizio. For this purpose, a case study, of a qualitative nature, will be used as a methodology. It is worth mentioning that the association is located in a remaining quilombo community called Furnas do Dionísio, founded in 1890. Finally, this study is expected to contribute to greater efficiency in the organization's management process, through greater clarity of its organizational culture.
