This report describes the experience with a rural property management system specifically developed for family farmers, focusing on the organization and systematic recording of productive activities. The system facilitates the collection and processing of information for the organic certification of properties within the Participatory Guarantee System. To promote adaptation and training, technical visits were conducted to the associated properties for practical training on essential functionalities. The results highlighted significant learning for both students and producers, fostering system improvements and strengthening interaction among all participants. This development is coordinated by the Pantanal Software Factory, an eight-year extension project of UFMS, providing technological solutions to the Pantanal Campus and the local community.
