Abstract

This study aims to report the experience of a family of farmers, residents of the municipality of
Antônio Carlos/Minas Gerais. The search for better health conditions was the main incentive
for this family to initiate the agroecological transition on their property, modifying the way they
understood the natural processes related to plantations, soil, animal health and management
and their own health.
