Constructive dialogue on the management of agroecological production of forage palm in the community of Corrimboque in the Municipality of Solânea-PB

Abstract

The objective of this work was to exchange knowledge about the cultivation and management
of forage palm, aimed at family farming. It was carried out in the community Corrimboque,
Solânea / PB and community of Cacimba de Dentro / PB, where there was interaction between
theory and practice in the property of one of the farmers, having an approximation of the same
ones of the community itself, neighboring municipality and the institution. Through the reports,
observes need for scientific knowledge allied to practice. The learning activities occurred in a
participatory way, combining the popular knowledge with the scientific one, directly constructed
with the farmers. They participate assiduously in the implantation of palmar, awakening
them the will to cultivate and valorization of the culture. This dialogue with the farmers provided
the experience of the students with the problems of the field, technical assistance is needed to
enhance the knowledge among students and family farmers.
