Influence of bovine manure and microorganism growth promoters on lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.), Garanhunhs, PE
Keywords:
Sustainable, Pseudomonas putida, Trichoderma aureovirideAbstract
The objective of this work was to evaluate the combined effect of bovine manure, Pseudomonas
putida and Trichoderma aureoviride on the development of lettuce (Lactuca sativa). The
promotion of plant growth by microorganisms can be a viable and sustainable alternative for
the management of the lettuce crop. The experimental design was completely randomized with
five treatments: T0 (control without fertilization without P. putida and without T. aureoviride),
TE (bovine manure), TEB (bovine manure + P. putida), TEF (bovine manure + T. aureoviride ),
TEFB (bovine manure + P. putida + T. aureoviride) and ten replicates each. The following variables
were analyzed: germination speed index (IVG), first count (PC), germination percentage
(PG), leaf area index and productivity. The TEFB treatment proved to be a viable alternative for
lettuce production, especially for small producers, given that all the local production of olive oil
comes from family farming.
