Abstract

The uses of liquid alternative products are strategies and measures to aid in the management
of “pests” and diseases, while the system is still unbalanced. The objective of this experience
report is to disclose the recipe tested in the fight against the insect pests (Diabrotica spp.) In
a School Vegetable Garden in Agroecological transition and to emphasize the importance of
the use of alternative products in the management of unbalanced agroecosystems. The experiment
was carried out between April 3 and May 1, 2016. The tests showed the effectiveness
of the alternative defensives in the combat of Diabrotica spp. Minimizing the attack on the
attacked culture.
