Abstract

The shift from production systems that use input technologies to systems based on process
technologies requires the time and development of appropriate family-level technologies and
the redesign of the system. This transition seeks to activate processes of self-regulation and
synergies that favor the production of healthy foods. It seeks to increase diversity in systems,
implementing new management strategies, rescuing local experiences that have been lost
over time. This fruit-growing area has undergone the process of agriculture and sojización,
reason why they are not unrelated to the incidence of volatile agrochemicals on the shoots of
vines and fruit trees, that affect both quantity and quality of production. For this reason it is proposed
to improve the self-regulation of the system incorporating greater biodiversity. The cover
crop favors the control of the weed community, as opposed to the traditional management with
chemical inputs.
