Exchange of knowledge and the construction of agroecological knowledge in the Caravan of the Semiarid Agrobiodiversity-Pe / Ba

Abstract

This work presents the experience of the I Caravan of the Agrobiodiversity of the Semi - Arid
PE / BA, held in the year 2016 by initiative of the Nucleus of Agroecology of the Semiarid in
partnership with different organizations social institutions. It is intended to report the experience
of the caravan and to discuss the actions carried out throughout the caravan, to understand
the processes and principles that contributed to the consolidation of the learning and exchange
of knowledge between the different subjects participating in the Caravan. It was perceived that
the experience enabled the exchange of knowledge and meaningful learning through participatory,
dialogical and horizontal interactions consolidated especially from the reflections on the
traditional knowledge of family farmers in their own properties and / or experiences of collective
organizations Management of banks and seed houses.
