Abstract

Agroecology presents itself as a model of food production essential in guaranteeing Sovereignty
and Food and Nutritional Security. The logic of SSAN brings in its essence the genuine concern
for health (of people, beings, nature - waters, rivers, lakes, forests, biomes and faunas),
thus prioritizing the quality of life. This work seeks to bring reflective elements on the development
of Pfeiffer’s Chromatography technique, as methodology for the qualitative analysis of a
product / food, with emphasis on agroecology. Challenges have been encountered in this walk,
since the technique is originally focused on soil analysis. Successive tests have been carried
out to adapt it to bovine milk - the food chosen for the improvement of the technique. The intention
is to reach a protocol to make agroecological agricultural families available to empower the
agroecology as a science and to assimilate and contribute to its credibility with society.
