Viola caipira: proses and learning paths in the southeast agroecological caravan

Abstract

Besides academic science, there are several forms of knowledge, such as traditional knowledge
and everyday knowledge, these few valued as research practices. Agroecology seeks
to consider them in their science. This report intends to realize this articulation of the scientific
knowledge with the popular, through the dialogue of the potentiality of the viola caipira
instrument with the farmers and researchers as an important element in the formation and
agroecological transition. Through this experience, we believe in an enrichment of the themes
focused on agroecology and viola caipira, notwithstanding contributing to the construction of
a more reflective study capable of further improving the conceptual development on these, at
the same time, encouraging within the agroecological processes a Look based on values that
the country’s culture can contribute.
