This abstract describes the trajectory of the Media Crioula collective that seeks to work and
develop popular communication as a language, a means of claiming, denouncing, mobilizing
and announcing agroecological experiences, facilitating processes of exchange, formation,
generation and exchange of knowledge. Concepts in communication are presented, which
subsidize the performance of the collective and that proposes another way of communicating
that dialogues directly with the methodologies of construction of agroecological knowledge,
providing a broad and independent territorial approach. The experiences lived by the collective
in the construction of its communication tools are described, seeking to establish communication
as one of the main methodological strategies of the agroecological movement.
