Report of an experience internship in the municipality of Irituia State of Pará - Brazil

Abstract

The experience internship is a very important tool for the training of agronomy students, it turns
possible to students to have contact with the reality of the farmers, to know their desires and to
learn from their agricultural practices. In this context was realized an experience internship by
students of the Federal Educational Institute of Pará, in the municipality of Irituia, where they
lived side by side with farmers in family farming enterprises with the objective of observing
their practices, their life histories and their relation with the biophysical environment and thus
to understand how the farmers establish relation whit the nature.
