Abstract

Facedwiththesetbackspresented in recentmonths in the country andtheinvestmentof capital,
training spaces in agroecology are indispensableto build analternativetotheprojectputforwardby
agribusiness. In thissense, the Regional Training Course in Agroecology - CRFA is a spaceto
equalize, collectively, concepts, practicesandexperiencesamongtheactorsoftheconstructionofagroecology.
Thisworkbringsreflectionsmadeduringthe CRFA andthegains for participants as
well as organizationspresent in theNortheast region. The courseisanimportantmeansoffostering
debate, assisting in a collectivelyconstructedformation, andstrengtheningtherelationshipbetweentheinstitutions
/ organizationsthat build this agenda. In addition, thecourse shows
thepositioningaboutthelossofworkers’ rightsandalsocreatesstrategies for thegrowthoftheformationofagroecology
in the region.
