Abstract

In the Advanced Campus of Family Agriculture – IET successional agroecological models are
being developed focusing on the use of agricultural machinery, aiming to facilitate the labor,
increasing productivity, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers, increasing local biodiversity
and consequently not using agrochemicals. The first demonstrative area was implemented in
two stages, using a tractor, 12 disc grille, bucket, shell to pick up the inputs, plunger, drill and
organic Material crusher. The implantation was done through simple consortia between fruit
trees and wood alternated with annual cultivars. The advanced campus consolidated practices
intended to create alternative models for local farmers, in addition to disseminate sustainable
technologies.
