Commercialization of agroecological products in the Dianópolis free market

The fair is still a channel that promotes the direct relationship between producer and final
consumer. The objective of the work was to make a survey of the operation of the fair through
interviews with the fairgrounds and questionnaire application with consumers. The fairgrounds
reported that their main difficulties in the commercialization of the products are: the transport
of the product to the fair, the pests that appear in the production and the weak movement at the
end of the month. However, the space of the fair allowed a greater increase in sales, reducing
losses in production with one more option of a place of sale. Within the positives was described
the location of the fair, time and day of the week that the customer will find what he is looking
for, guaranteeing the producer a greater security in the sale of what he produces for a weekly
offer, due to the regular consumption by most your customers.
