The research was conducted from November 2015 to March 2016, rainy season, in the province
of Guayas, Ecuador. For which the following specific objectives were drawn: a) to evaluate
the agronomic characteristics of the crop; B) determine the most effective application rate of
the Ihumix Dg and Wayraen products in these conditions and c) economically analyze the
treatments studied. The INIAP 14 domestic rice variety was used. Mixtures of Ihumix Dg and
Wayra were used, with four application rates and one control with no application, representing
a total of five treatments, with four replicates. The experimental design was a completely randomized
design. We performed the analysis of variance and the means tests using Duncan
at 5% of probabilities. All the agronomic characteristics studied presented their highest results
with treatment five (Ihumix Dg 150 kg / ha + Wayra 9 kg / ha). Also the application rate that was
most efficient was that of treatment 5, which in turn was the one with the best economic result.
