The application of homeopathy has brought benefits in plant cultivation. The elucidation of the
application of homeopathy in seed germination is essential to create parameters and indicators
of the use of this technology. In this way, the aim of this work was to evaluate the germination
of seeds submitted to homeopathic preparations. The design was fully digested with five treatments
(Silicea terra, Arsenicum album, Arnica montana, Pulsatilla nigricans, all on 30CH, and
control) with four replicates. We used 25 physalis seeds per gerbox, and the first germinated
seed count was carried out with 3 days and from then to 100% germination, which occurred
9 days after sowing. The homeopathic preparations Silicea terra 30CH, Pulsatilla nigricans
30CH and Arnica montana 30CH did not differ from the control, only Arsenicum album 30CH
presented a lower percentage of germination than the control in all evaluations.
