Abstract

World agriculture and that of Argentina, has undergone strong transformations: the agriculture
and the soybean, with the use of an increasingly intensive use of agrochemicals.
For this situation, it is necessary to develop an agriculture that is economically viable, socially
acceptable, sufficiently productive, that conserves the natural resource base and preserves
the integrity of the environment. It is intended to design a Demonstrative Unit that allows to
generate an alternative to the current horticultural system of Quebrada in Jujuy, when belonging
to the National State the experimental field can be constituted as a training and extension
center generating feedback of ancestral knowledge that is eroding.
As a partial result it was possible to carry out 2 trainings to producers and students showing
the agronomic advances in the horticultural crops planted. The most important thing is that
awareness is being created in sustainable production in the area of influence.
