Abstract

The work was developed at the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro / Campus Pinheiral, as
one of the actions of the (NEAA) Nucleus of Studies and Acting in Agroecology together with
certified farmers in the organic production that participate in the Fair of organic producers of
Pinheiral. Created in 2013, the Fair is characterized as a type of short-circuiting agri-food that
brings the consumer closer together, strengthens the economy and local social relations, but
demands from the producer new skills. With the objective of contributing to the improvement
of the service provided and the conditions of this space, a field work was carried out to identify
the demands of the producers. Thus, some training activities were developed, a visual identity
was elaborated to the Fair, and kits were donated to the producers containing: uniforms, box
for storage and transportation of products, returnable bags for marketing, among other items
that promoted the best personal and workplace organization
