Abstract

The present work aimed, through the bibliographical survey, to make a preliminary analysis on agroecology and the current and contextualized sustainable food systems. The bibliographic survey was carried out during the first semester of 2018, making use of the main supports to search for scientific articles: Google Academic, Portal of Periodicals of CAPES and Scielo. The keywords used were: agroecology, sustainable food systems, agroecological factors, agroecological aspects, agricultural sustainability. The search was done with terms terms and Portuguese. As a result of the Green Revolution, new models of data production have involved the creation and development of new inputs (biological, mechanical and chemical). Since the 1990s, there has been an intensification of its emissions caused by the rural economic development model, which has impeded social emissions on a regional and national scale, in addition, high levels of environmental and business contamination were not found in Brazil. Several factors contribute to a statistic, such as large-scale use, free negotiation, non-compliance with safety standards and pressure on agrochemical producers and distributors. The reason for this has become growing in a search for agroecological production systems, as well as the sustainable food systems, which are defended primarily by health and safety issues. It can be corroborated that food consumption is eliminated at the expense of the planet's resistance.
