Abstract

The municipality of Santa Isabel do Pará stands out with palm and cassava crops, with the purpose of carrying out a survey of soil chemical properties in perennial (oil palm) and temporary (Mandioca) crops in the community of Areia Branca municipality of Santa Isabel do Pará, using as parameter the chemical properties of the soil. The analytical tests were carried out in the laboratory of the Federal Rural University of the Amazon, Campus Capanema taking into consideration eight composite samples, four of them from the temporary culture area and four from the permanent culture area. Based on the results, we observed some significant differences in the parameters analyzed with aluminum saturation (m%), in the analyzed areas
