The Philodendron scandens oxycardium attractive for its heart-shaped leaves and their vivid
colors, presents fast and vigorous growth habit. These plants add economic value by being
used as ornamental and therapeutic plants. The objective of this work was to evaluate the
propagation and the aerial development and sprouting of Philodendron sp. cuttings with homeopathic
application in different types of cuttings, which can be used in green walls. Using
a completely randomized design, in a 3x2 bipedal scheme with 3 replicates, the experiment I
Campus of the University of Passo Fundo, with four evaluationsanalyzing the aerial descrambling,
being, number of shoots and number of leaves. Stakes treated with the homeopathic
complex showed higher development in shoots and leaves, but not significant to the Tukey 5%
test. The Philodendron propagated by 1-node cuttings becomes more economically viable and
the plant is suitable for use in vertical gardens.
