Abstract

This work aims to know how is made the pricing of peasant agriculture products of the Bem-Estar Group. It may be verified through interviews with the Group's producers that there is no form of cost control in the production of fruits and vegetables. Prices of goods sold at local fairs are defined through discussion among Group members, agroecological differential factors and competition are essential in the group's decision to establish prices. Differences in size or quality of the same product are not considered in the price definition.
