Abstract

The objective of this work was to study the marketing strategies of the Association of Field Producers (ASPROCAMPO), mainly in relation to the Fairs at UFMS/CPTL/Campus I and at Alto dos Ipês Residential Condominium, for the peasant recreation in Três Lagoas. The interest in this research is justified by the fact that in order to achieve food sovereignty, it is necessary to implement the short food supply chains that allow peasants autonomy and access to healthy food in the city. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the study has two approaches: first, the construction of a theoretical-methodological referential through the collection of books and articles related to the subject. Then, data and information were collected through structured and semi-structured questionnaires. It was concluded that the study identified the potential of the Fair as a short food supply chain both in the sense of improving the income of members and also of facilitating access to quality food by the internal public of UFMS/CPTL and external, represented by the condominiums.
