Abstract

Chemical fertilizers generate environmental impacts. The objectives of the study were to assess
the ability of Trichoderma atroviride P. Karst. Alfacp8 to promote growth and sustainable
production in garlic and stimulate the agroecological perspective through its diffusion in the
peri-urban producers. At the Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias, U.N. Cordoba it has been
made a trial, whose treatments were: T. atroviride in garlic seed; T. atroviride on seed with biopolymer;
T. atroviride applied in the furrow; biopolymer in seed; Control. 162 days the plants
with T. atroviride in groove obtained greater dry weight of leaves and bulbs. At the end of the
cycle, plant height, number of leaves, bulbs weight and their diameter were favored by T. atroviride,
this promotes the growth and sustainable production contributing to the agroecological
management of garlic. The producers of the agro-ecological fair in Córdoba are motivated for
the use of this native grape.
