Abstract

Abstract:: The paper discusses possible theoretical and methodological bases for the construction of agroecological knowledge from the contributions of the Center Ecologies, Epistemologies and Emancipatory Health Promotion, Neepes / Fiocruz. In addition to articulating four justices (social, sanitary, environmental and cognitive), fundamental for thinking about the contemporary crisis, the theme of inter/ transdisciplinarity is expanded to incorporate the issue of interculturality. In this sense, ethics, politics, science and art are articulated beyond communication, since they are considered both expressions of knowledge (epistemological dimension for an ecology of knowledges) as fundamental languages for social transformation and democracy. The composition of knowledges, techniques and languages constitutes a vast set of possibilities that form what Boaventura de Sousa Santos calls collaborative and non-extractive methodologies.
