Use of homeopathic preparations to control galls in plants of Fruta-de-sabiá - Acnistus arborescens – Solanaceae

Abstract

In 2017 it was verified the galls at the leaves of Acnistus arborescens in the nursery of the Botanic Garden / FPMZB. The objective were evaluated the homeopathic preparations to control these galls. The experiment was made in a greenhouse from November, 2017 to November, 2018. A randomized controlled trial was used with 4 treatments and 5 replicates with 4 individuals. The treatments were T1: Alcohol 30%; T2: Nosode of the galls 30CH; T3: Commercial homeopathic product 30CH; T4: Nosode of gems 30CH. The applications were made weekly by adding 10 drops of the specific preparation / 500 mL of water and 100 mL of the solution was applied per plot. The data collected were numbers of leaves with galls and leaves without galls. There was no effect of treatments on the evaluated characteristics, as well as their interaction with the evaluation period. It was verified only effect of the season of evaluation on the % of leaf galls, which showed the lowest values from February to August, 2018.
