A homeopathic treatment was carried out with the use of the nosode of the cochineal as an attempt to recover the health and to restore the vital energy of those plants. The collection, preparation and application of Orthezia nosode, at 12CH potency were made. The applications were carried out weekly in the period from November, 27 in 2018 to February, 05, in 2019. Since the first few weeks, it has been observed an improvement in the general state of the plants which was showing by the emission of new, vigorous and healthy shoots, also a significant reduction of the attack of cochineals. The evidence of positive responses to homeopathic treatments may stimulate the use of this practice in landscaping and urban agriculture.
