Feira agroecológica da UNILAB: criação de um espaço didático com troca de saberes

The agroecological fairs are places where the commercialization takes place in short circuits, highlighting the consumer-producer relationship, through characteristics such as the fairer remuneration to the producer, fairer prices to the consumer, incentive to local production. Faced with this in the present study the creation of the fairs project was described with the objective of being an instrument of consolidation and promotion of productive inclusion, agroecological production, ethical consumption and solidary economy in the territory of the Massif de Baturité, congregating enterprises of agricultural production of family agriculture, confection and handicrafts. The methodology used seeks to combine theoretical and practical knowledge to better understand the situations observed in the fairs. The fairs project has its potential evaluated satisfactorily within the proposal of creating a pedagogical space, having until the present study counted a total of 15 editions between the years of 2018 and 2019.
