Abstract

In order to build a society with new values ​​of equality between men and women, the need to empower and strengthen the organization and empowerment of rural women in the generation of income through the organization of production chains is emphasized. In this sense the training course aimed at training on peasant and popular feminism, cooperativism, commercialization, agro industrialization of sweets, preserves and jams, as well as the production of medicinal plants, from cultivation to processing. As a result, the course allowed the deepening of popular, theoretical and practical knowledge in the cultivation, production and processing of medicinal plants, agroindustrialization of sweets, preserves and compotes, management of new enterprises, strengthening the principles of self-management, cooperativism, possibly resulting in an empowerment and financial autonomy for the collective.
