Abstract

This article show a historic research process by auto-organization and acknowledgment of indian identy and conflicts by land-use on Aldeia Taparás/RN. The indian fair cultural of Lagoa do Tapará, origin by UFRN extention project, has fifth edition on fourth sunday of may with diversificate regional indians. The lands contest conflicts were motivated by landlords, squatters that keeping pressing the traditional communities everytime smallers places wich originally use to be large lands extention for hunting, fishing, agricultural, handicraft and ritual pratices. Although frequently lands contest conflics, the indian etno cultural resistance by tapuias still organic, looks like the indian school, attachment cultural valorization that works on communite, as the Brobo language dissemination by the kids.
