Fungal communities are fundamental in support agricultural soils. The Chico Mendes III settlement is in process of agroecological transition since 2009 and, in it, farmers manage their systems according to Agroecology principles. The objective of this study was to compare the similarity between the communities of filamentous fungi of 2 polycultures and Atlantic Forest in the Settlement Chico Mendes III. Soil samples were collected from an area of SAF and consortium in the settlement and an Atlantic Forest area next to it for isolation, identification of fungal species and measurement of Sørensen Coefficient to evaluate the similarity of fungal communities, represented for dendrogram. Polycultures are 45% similar grouped in the same clade and have 27% similarity with the Atlantic Forest. The agroecological management and the time of implantation of the polycultures influence the high similarity of the fungal communities of the soils of these two systems.
