Abstract

Abstract: This study presents an approach about the experience of the Tocantina Amazonian Social Technology and Agroecology Incubator Project - ITESAT / UFPA, in its phase the text deals with the agroecological and Solidarity Economy practices in the lower Tocantins / Pá. Developed with the Quilombola women's group called "Flor da roça". Located in the remaining community of the quilombo São José do Icatu municipality of Mocajuba / PA and Baião / PA. In this way, the objective of this work was to promote university extension actions, aiming to provide accompaniment and advice in the formation and development of practices developed in the Tocantina region, with a view to strengthening and a better understanding of the collectivity around the solidarity economy and the empowerment of feminism. Given this, their actions in the communities strengthen their autonomy and empowerment in agroecology. The research is a research-action research, in which we develop visits in the quilombo, wheels of conversations with women in the months of January and February of 2019. The results show that the remaining female quilombola group plays an important role in the place, seek improvements for their existence and fight for spaces and aim for an income of autonomy and egalitarian in the conquest of a society that can understand the role of women in society.
