Gestão da propriedade rural com adaptação dos conhecimento tradicionais

Abstract

Rural property management is one of the branches of management, which explores the rational operations of decisions in rural areas, currently a large part of the production of family agriculture, has been supplying informal markets, such as free trade fairs that do not require CNPJ, for marketing products, family farmers face several obstacles in the process of managing their properties, such as planning their actions to achieve their goals, especially in the control of the cash book. The work was developed over a period of 5 months, aiming at the training in the rural environment, located in the association Doces Segredos da Floresta, in the community of Barrocão, Uruçuca-BA, the work presented in a participative way bringing concepts, principles and practices with perspective of rural education. Addressing the costs, benefits and risks that family farmers must be aware of so that the investment is not lost.
