Abstract

The present report discusses one of the initiatives of a nucleus of studies in agroecology implemented with the IFSC, Campus Gaspar. In this report the strategies for implementation, development and socio-environmental and educational contributions of the FIC course called "Urban Socio-environmental Technologies Multipliers" will be addressed. The course was held every two weeks between April and November of 2018, with a highly diversified public, with the support of several partner institutions, whose subjects were worked in a theoretical-practical way. At the end of the course, the students presented the different socio-environmental projects built for their colleagues and the community. It is hoped that the students, along with NEAVI and other partner institutions, will continue to lead and multiply social and environmental initiatives in the region of the Middle Vale do Itajaí, in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
