Abstract

This work aims to show the institutional actions developed in the Extension Nucleus in Territorial
Development – NEDET: Strengthening Territorial Development Policies, specifically in
the Identity Territory of the Jequiriçá Valley, in the state of Bahia. The actions contributed to
the construction of knowledge of the human and organizational capacities in the management
process and social technologies. The methodology is based on the integration of knowledge
and knowledge in the academic and territorial environment, from an intercooperation network,
in which the activities were articulated between the technical team and the territorial collegiate
with the governmental programs and the public policies of inclusion Productive, social technologies,
agroecology, technical assistance and rural extension, commercialization and participation
of women, with attention to the promotion of quality of life improvement and overcoming
income inequalities and gender.
