Abstract

The Chico Mendes III Settlement (ACM III), in agroecological transition since 2009, participates in a project ("Participatory monitoring of micro-organisms and insects in areas of agroecological transition - an approximation of scientific and popular knowledge") since 2013 in order to the occurrence of natural biological control. The objective of this work was to report two studies that observed the occurrence of natural enemies of phytopathogens in ACM III. The researches occurred between March 2017 and December 2018, one referring to pathogenicity tests of fungi isolated from the citrus black fly against the same insect; the other allowed to identify isolated soil fungi of polycultures (Agroforestry System and Consortium) and Atlantic Forest to know the diversity of filamentous fungi. Studies have shown that agricultural areas with sustainable management are willing to restore biodiversity by acquiring autonomy in relation to productivity and plant protection.
