Supply and price of organic produce in mountainous region of the Rio de Janeiro state: the case of the municipality of Nova Friburgo in the year 2016

The article presents the data of supply and price of organic products from members of the
Friburgo GSP ABIO, through direct selling fairs, throughout year 2016 in the town of Nova Friburgo,
Rio de Janeiro State. The collections were conducted monthly throughout the year and
to the analysis of the data were selected the most products offered compared to 2012 survey
data and data from other marketing channels, in order to subsidize public policies and decision-
making of producers and consumers.
