Abstract

This study aims to evaluate PAA driving in the state of Pernambuco in the years 2011 to 2014.
The research is configured with a quantitative and descriptive approach, based on secondary
data available in FAP DATE platform. It was found that the program presented discontinuities
in all segments analyzed: Resources, volume of production, degree of coverage and average
annual value received, showing that in the period studied, from 2011 to 2014, the program was
configured as a public policy with weaknesses and budgetary instability.
