Abstract

In order to promote the construction of an integrative, systemic and holistic vision, to awaken the view on the local reality and to build socioeconomic projects and strategies in the territories, the extension course "Education and Agroecology:  with educators, and its local agents, has as its main principle from the bases, and the guidelines of Agroecology, the principles of Education in Agroecology, the alternatives for a new education (ANE) and the education of the field, agroecological educator. The said extension course, in seven face-to-face meetings, which are called university time. Still, the period of alternation will be realized, which does not imply development of activities without community time. For the development of an agroecological education education, this training course has as basic pillar the interterritoriality, interculturality, interpersonality, interinstitutionality, interdisciplinarity and intergenerationality. The training of trainers is one of the necessary ways to advance the processes of agroecological transition. Valuation of a variety of experiences, ideas, thoughts and perceptions arising from the most diverse areas of knowledge and experiences of learners and learners, considering the lived and collective problematization of the local realities of the communities / territories that play an important strategy for the processes of mapping and participatory planning of educational actions.
