Public Policies of commercialization: The NSLP case in the municipalities of COAFASO operational area

Abstract

The public policies of incentive to family farm are indispensable to development of properties
and maintenance of the rural families. The Nacional School Lunch Program – NSPL had provide
the guarantee the commercialization of foods produced by these farmers. The aim of this
paper was study the commercialization to the NSLP in municipalities of Cooperative of Family
and Solidary’s Farmers from West of Parana - COAFASO operational area. The data were
researched at FNDE website and at cooperative system, besides informal interviews. It could
be concluded that this public policy support the improvement and strengthening of family farm
income.
