I Workshop de Agroecologia e Agroturismo de Sergipe: reflexões por meio da promoção da pesquisa e diálogo de saberes no campo e cidade

Abstract

The present experiment brings the evaluation of the different categories of participants of the event: "I Workshop of Agroecology and Agro-tourism of Sergipe", held on May 21 and 22, 2019. The event resulted from the partnership between the Center for Agroecological Studies of IFS- NEA / IFS and the Postgraduate Program in Tourism Professional Master's Degree - PPMTUR / IFS, and was designed to socialize community agrotourism and agroecological knowledge initiatives. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the data showed that the strategies for the dissemination of events related to agroecology to students should be improved. In relation to the topics covered, all categories, the best approvals among all the publics were on the topics discussed, knowledge of the ministrants, proposal, programming and organization of the event and that the dialogue of knowledge between academia, family farmers and artisans contributed to the construction of agroecological knowledge.
