Unconventional food plants (PANC) have enormous potential for soil analysis and promote a complementation in the population's food pattern, which are neglected in the economic cycle of agriculture and are often recognized as intrusive, but with enormous potential for production. spontaneous species. A knowledge that belongs to traditional communities, the consumption of unconventional food plants provides an increase in the quality of life, since they have high nutraceutical capacities, and can also aid in an accessible way a partial observation of the composition and needs of the soil. rooting of this knowledge, this work intends to demonstrate that the appearance of spontaneous species needs to be observed and used in everyday life.
