Permacultural requalification of the sensory garden of the Municipal School of Santo Amaro in Recife, Pernambuco.

Abstract

The vegetable garden of the Municipal School of Santo Amaro underwent a requalification through an agro-ecological perspective. This action was developed by the agricultural technician responsible for the Healthy Action project and the students of the unit's early childhood education. To enhance the sensorial character of the garden was developed in the central bed a spiral of herbs that works as a living pharmacy with great diversity aromatic and medicinal plants.
