Youth perceptions on the rural world of a district at the Serrana Region of the State of Rio de Janeiro

Abstract

The work aims to analyze the youth of São Pedro da Serra, 7º district of Nova Friburgo, from an idea of ​​rural and its own environment. São Pedro da Serra has undergone the last three decades due to relevant socioeconomic transformations, with a greater weight in the youth base, being no longer the only one in the state of Rio de Janeiro, a strong growth of tourism, including rural tourism, on the other. Thus, this is an instigating application to analyze the concept of rural tourism and its comment on the analytical and scientific category present in the daily life of youth.
