The climate in the semi-arid Pernambucano is favorable to the cultivation of okra throughout the year, but the high temperature and dry climate is favorable to the development of the main disease of the crop, Oidium sp. In the cultivation of okra because it is a vegetable crop, with periodic harvests for mainly "in natura" consumption, no chemical control has been used in practice, mainly due to the product shortage period. In this work we test alternative control methods that are more accessible to the producer in an agroecological way, analyzing the efficiency of UHT cow milk at 10%, weekly and biweekly; and raw goat's milk at 10%, weekly and fortnightly. This work was developed at the Federal University of the São Francisco Valley (UNIVASF) with the objective of evaluating the efficiency of treatments in the disease progression in okra (Abelmoschus esculentus).
