Abstract

The construction of the Science education should be contextualized, taking into account the daily life of the student, as well as their prior knowledge. Looking for methodologies that assist in the teaching and learning process, the agroforestry system can be used as an important didactic tool for teaching the subject of “ecological succession”. It could be observed that the agroforestry system contributed significantly to the teaching and learning process of the students.
