Abstract

This experience report concerns the execution of a project, in progress, its objective is a promotion
of training actions in agroecology for rural women in the state of Bahia, in addition to
strengthening productive groups of rural women in family agriculture, aiming at autonomy ,
Food and nutritional security and biodiversity conservation with the involvement of agents of
technical assistance and rural extension through training actions. The project, which is being
carried out by the Federal University of the Recôncavo of Bahia, through Extension Pro-Rectory
involves four territories of state identity. The actions with the women’s groups began a
dialogue with the rural women’s movements of the localities and a technical chamber of women
of the territories of identity.
