Production of snacks for fair trade in typical foods and organic products

Incubation of a joint venture with a group of family farmers, linked to the production of organic
foods and in the process of certification by the Association of Organic Producers of Mato Grosso
do Sul, for the production of snacks, such as natural sandwiches, roasted salads, cakes and
other, exclusively destined to commercialization in the Fair of Typical Foods and Organic Products
of the Campus of the Federal University of Grande Dourados. The incubation process of
the Incubator of Social and Solidary Technologies included all the stages of insertion, support
and promotion of the enterprise, from management issues to health quality control, with technical
follow-up by Teachers, Nutrition Lab Technician, Administrative Assistant , Undergraduate
and postgraduate students. In addition to generating income for women farmers, the project
served as a space for the provision of healthy food to the university community.
