A experiência da metodologia Campesino a Campesino em Sergipe

Abstract

Evidenced demands for agroecological innovation in the Southern Territory Sergipano - TSS, the objective of the research was to evaluate the relevance of the campesino to farmer (CaC) methodology to contribute to the massification of agroecology in this area. As a methodological trail it was used the participatory research, with the formation of networks of agroecology through the application of procedures pertinent to the methodology, with periodic systematizations and another, conclusive end of this process of knowledge construction. The results pointed to the identification of effectiveness of the methodology for effective exchange and construction of knowledge in this rural area with consequent elements of innovation. An indicative of conclusion points to this methodology as an effective component in the strategy of knowledge construction, but it is evidenced the need of a broader social process that shelters the process of driven innovation, for the effective agroecological massification in the spaces investigated.
